The foreman that took your truck right after you came in the office and pulled the truck into a spot where a tire tire could start on it, he looked in the glove box to get the key to the wheel lock and find out customer info to input the computer, we should have asked for that information instead of looking though the glove box but that was the only reason he was in there, after replacing the valve stem that was broken the tire tech spent the rest of the time trying to get air into the aftermarket wheel, after trying several technics to air up the noticed that the wheel had a crack , he called another manager and he got the costumer to show him that the wheel was cracked , then proceeded to show the costumer that the wheel was crack he became upset , we offered to send the wheel off for repair and he declined and got more upset , then customer began putting on his own spare on , which we were going to do but it had already been done using his tools while we still had it jacked up, there were also signs that the wheel had already been repaired , we try to be professional about alloy wheel and we have the latest wheel machines that don't compromise the integrity of the wheel , but we could not explain how we do it because the costumer was very upset, we have been here at this location for almost 7 years now and value our costumers property
